ABOUT THIS BOOK

The book is a story about a small communi ty Preacher who loved his high school sweetheart so much he married her and never gave up on her even when she strayed. Her escapades caused him to be accused of killing one of the many men she had slept with, turning their small family up side down. This Black community Preacher is accused of beating a young white man to death, then leaving his battered bloody body in the back of an alley; robbed and soaked in al cohol. He is believed to have just left the scene of the crime and went home. But un beknownst to him the victim who was left for dead was the brother of a powerful up and coming local politician; who would not rest until his brother’s death was publicly avenged. With the death of the politicians brother just heating up, Marshal Harry Bailey is brought in right after our love sick Preachers wife’s, unregistered public relations manager, or more appropriately called a Pimp, was run down and killed in his own driveway the very same day she gave birth to her now very dead white boyfriends baby, who is as sumed to have been murdered by her hus band the Preacher.
