This case is about a convicted serial killer who tries to extort money from the public as revenge for his being in carcerated for his crimes. While suf fering from multiple personalities he is picked up and interrogated for the senseless random strangulation of a innocent woman only hours before he launches his master extortion plan. The problem is the launch of his mas ter plan was delayed by the murder of his psychologist. When the officer in terrogating him for the first murder finds out about the second murder the interrogation process becomes more and more aggressive. But not as ag gressive as it is about to become when the interrogator finds out about the mass murder extortion plan the sus pect has on tape.
