SCOTT LEE TAYLOR
Colonel Scott L. Taylor was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant of Infantry through the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science Degree from the School of Advanced Military Studies at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. His military schooling includes the Infantry Officer Basic Course, the Armor Officers Advanced Course, the Command and General Staff Course, and the School of Advanced Military Studies.
Colonel Taylor’s initial assignment after being commissioned was with 2nd BN, 327th IN, 101st Airborne Division at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, where he served as an Anti-Armor Platoon Leader, Rifle Platoon Leader, Rifle Company Executive Officer, and Support Platoon Leader.
